If you’re new to our shop and services, our video will answer many of your initial questions.

Submitting an Order Online

Our online catalog features our complete line of lighting products and services. Detailed descriptions of each item can be found by clicking on the name of the item. When you find an item you’d like to order, type the quantity you need and click the “Add to Shopping Cart” button next to it.  You’ll see an update to your shopping cart in the upper left corner. Continue shopping or view what’s in your cart by clicking “View Cart.” You can always return to the catalog by clicking  “Continue Shopping”. When everything you want is in your cart, click “Proceed to Check Out.”  Fill out and submit this form and your order will be on its way.

If you have special instructions (e.g. deadlines or custom soldering instructions), please enter them in the Notes field during Checkout.  We’ll be sure to see it. For longer instructions, send us an email as a reply to your sales order.

Orders paid by Credit Card, Debit card, Money Order or Cashiers Check are usually shipped within 24 hours. Orders paid by Personal or Company check are shipped within 24 hours of check clearance.
We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, & DISCOVER credit cards.

You’ll receive a confirmation of all orders by email. There’ll be two steps to processing your payment

  1. Verifying credit card authorization when your order is “Approved”.  This places a hold on the total cost of the order but doesn’t actually bill your credit card or transfer any money.
  2. Billing your credit card after we’ve packaged your order and are about to transfer it to the shipping carrier.  Any changes to your order will be reflected in this amount.  A receipt will be included in your package; you can also view your receipt online via your customer account.

There are 3 easy ways you can place an order:

  1. Order online using your credit or debit card – Online orders go directly to the person who’ll be filling them and offer free FedEx Ground shipping when items total at least $100. This is the fastest way for your order to be processed.
  2. Phone order: You can call us at 510-547-5878 to place an order.  It’ll go first to someone who’ll enter your items, address, and billing information manually, and then to the queue for filling and shipping.
  3. E-mail your order – Send all necessary information via e-mail.  If you’d prefer to call in your credit card info, you can do that too. Once we enter your order manually, we’ll send you a copy for you to review.

Changing an Order:

You can change your order yourself until we “Approve” it, after which any changes would need to be entered from our end. To request any changes to your order after that point, please call or email us as soon as possible.  We aim to have lightning-quick shipping, so please note that we can’t guarantee that we’ll receive your request before your order is already on its way.  Due to the volume of orders that we get before Burning Man (especially August), please take extra caution when placing your order and call us with any urgent questions or requests.
