Ordering Information
The coolneon.com website features our complete line of lighting products and accessories. You can select and purchase top quality products from the comfort of your own home or office. A virtual shopping cart will be standing by while you shop. When you find the item you need, simply input the quantity of items you want in the “Qty.” box, then click the “Add to Shopping Cart” button next to it. Once you make a selection you will be see your shopping cart in the upper left update. Continue this process to add more items to your cart . You can view what’s in your cart by clicking “View Cart.” When you are viewing the contents of your cart and decide to continue shopping click “Continue Shopping”. If you have everything you want to order in your cart then click “Proceed to Check Out.” You will then continue to the checkout process, Fill out and submit this form and your order will be on their way.

Orders paid by Credit Card, Debit card, Money Order or Cashiers Check are usually shipped within 24 hours. Orders paid by Personal or Company check are shipped within 24 hours of check clearance.

Our Customer service representatives are available Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Pacific Standard Time. If you receive our voice mail, please leave a message and we will call you back promptly.
- E-mail your order – send all necessary information via e-mail, or send us an e-mail telling us to call you and take your order over the phone.
- Mail in orders – Please phone us at 510-547-5878 and we would be more than happy to answer your questions about any lighting products and accessories and help get you a total price for your order to send payment. Please provide what items you want and card or debit card info, or a Money Order, Cashiers Check, Personal Check, or Company check with the dollar total of the order including shipping. Only USPS Priority Mail Orders can be shipped to P.O. Box addresses. Please provide a physical address for Fedex. We will send a confirmation of all orders by E-mail and verify through credit card authorization centers prior to shipping. A receipt will be included with your order.
CoolNeon.com Shipping Policies
- Coolneon.com ships all orders FOB Oakland, CA. We ship with Fedex and US Postal Service (USPS)
- The vast majority of our products are in stock and will ship the same day if order is placed before 1PM PST.
- Please note that phone orders will typically ship 1 to 2 days later because we give preference to online orders.
- Orders are also available for Will Call Pick up in our Oakland location. You must call us at 510-547-5878 to set up a Will Call appointment.
Shipping Options
Shipping within the US: Coolneon.com ships orders via Fedex and US Priority Mail
FEDEX
- Coolneon.com recommends Fedex mail for most orders because they are the least expensive option and delivery times are very good and they provide tracking.
- Orders shipped by Fedex cannot be shipped to a PO Box. Please provide a physical address or select USPS Priority Mail.
- FedexGround can take up to 5 business days in transit to the east coast.

- Request must be approved by calling us because Saturday delivery may not be available in your area.
- Saturday delivery will increase delivery charge depending one weight and distance, we reserve no less $45 as an estimated cost.

US Postal Service Priority Mail
- USPS is the only service that will deliver to a PO box
- they are usually pretty fast, but there is no tracking ability.
- US Postal Service also works on Saturdays – so an order shipped at the end of the week will be delivered more quickly than other services.
- USPS Priority mail can be used to any United States address.
- All domestic orders are sent with delivery confirmation.
- Most packages are delivered within a week, but delivery can take up to several weeks.
- For orders shipped to locations outside the United States via USPS Priority Mail International, allow 15 business days for delivery.
- Note: Tracking is not available for packages shipped via Priority Mail International.*

We will increase or decrease delivery charge depending one weight and distance, we reserve $80 as an estimated cost, and adjust price accordingly after weight and distance calculation.
We will inform you of the delivery charge through a confirmation email.

Just give us a call about a half hour before you’re planning on stopping by and we’ll have it ready for you.
We are available for Pick-up orders (usually) Monday-Friday 11AM – 4PM. After hour

Shipping Restrictions
Orders to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico
All express orders will have their delivery cost adjusted based on weight and distance. Usually there is no increase or a very small increase in cost.
Shipping to PO Boxes
All orders to PO Boxes must be shipped by US Postal Service.
USPS Priority Mail International
For orders shipped to locations outside the United States via USPS Priority Mail International ($25/$20 Canada), please allow 15 business days (3 to 7 days Canada) for delivery.

How long will it take to ship my order?
Prompt delivery is our specialty at coolneon.com. Most orders are shipped the same day. Your order will be shipped within the next twenty-four hours during weekdays unless the item(s) are not in stock. We will call you if there are going to be any delays over 3 days. There is NEVER more than a one week turn around for custom soldering. Orders placed after 1:00PM on Friday may be shipped the following week. Please note coolneon.com does not ship weekend days. The day coolneon.com ships an order is the day we hand off packages to delivery service ie. UPS, USPS. This does not count as a shipping day.
Example: An order placed Friday after 2:00PM Pacific Standard Time will most likely ship the following Monday. The first day of actual transit will be Tuesday.
- A next day air shipment will arrive that Tuesday.
- Second day air will arrive Wednesday.
- Three day select will arrive Thursday.
Shipping delays due to adverse weather: Occasionally delivery may be delayed due to adverse weather conditions. No shipping refunds will be issued if weather is the cause of the delay.
Burning Man Season: July-August. This is our busiest time of the year. We will always try our very hardest to ship your order in no more one week from the time you ordered, In most cases we still ship most orders same or next day.
